Clark Little, der in Hawaii ansässige Fotograf nimmt die Wellen in wirklich fantastischen Momenten auf – nämlich in den Sekunden, in denen eine Welle wie hier, auf den steinigen Grund brechen. Shorebreak – und er hat’s geschafft, aus allen Lagen perfekte Bilder zu schießen. Hätte er bei diesem gefährlichen Unterfangen nicht lang genug die Luft angehalten, gäbe es diese schönen Fotografien nicht, die er sogar bei Good Morning America präsentiert- hit the jump for more pics:

Clark Little was born in Napa, California in 1968. Two years later, a move to the North Shore of Oahu (Hawaii) dramatically changed his future.

While our friends in Europe were freezing their asses off, we managed to get some leisure time on the island of bad-taste patterned shirts and the duke of surfing. This short edit features sights such as the Volcom pipe pro and its crowd plus the beauty of the so called “country”. If you are wondering why this clip got so short, then we have to tell you that bad people like to steal laptops out of hotel rooms and let you lose tons of good looking footage. * Mark Mathews has to make some difficult decisions on occasion. When he took off on this West Australian monster, known simply as “The Right,” he had two options: straighten out and face the guillotine, or pull into the giant cement mixer. He went with the latter and took quite a beating, but because of that call we’re left with this amazing image, which graced the pages of our March issue. I rang Mark in Hawaii to find out why he would pull into such a beast.
